Working out doesn't work/change everything. It should absolutely be a staple in everyone's life BUT there can be a point where someone needs surgery because their body is no longer changing. For someone who's lost 100 pounds or more a surgical removal of fatty tissue is the only way to get rid of what's left.
i totally agree to that .. my point being girls that are 130lbs that “think” they need to be skinnier and being too lazy to run around the block .. they should make you work out & eat right before they will consider giving you surgery!
i understand if you loose 150lbs your body will not bounce back and surgery is needed to remove that extra skin/fat that you cant tighten up working out :) If u have achieved this then thats amazing .. i lost almost 100lbs myself between 2006-07 and i know what a struggle it is trying to diet and work out
I support plastic surgery to a POINT! Its about making yourself feel better .. if thats the reason you do it then wonderful but too many females are jaded in what beauty really is because of the media.. putting themselves in danger with useless procedures
